Job summary

Cedar Network and Data Solution is seeking a confident Business Development & Client Relations Executive to support our growing UK property and housing operations. You will coordinate with councils, housing teams, landlords, tenants, and partners to develop opportunities, promote properties, and manage referrals through successful move-ins.

The role combines business development, client relations, property coordination, and administration.

Qualifications

Experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management or similar roles.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong relationship-building and proactive outreach abilities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with councils, housing teams, landlords, and partners.
Identify and develop new housing and referral opportunities.
Contact councils and partners to promote properties and referrals.
Present property information clearly and professionally.
Follow up enquiries, referrals, offers, and decisions.
Manage referrals from enquiry to move-in.
Coordinate offers, viewings, acceptances, and move-in arrangements.
Communicate with tenants throughout relocation process.
Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, offers, and placements.
