The role requires excellent communication, a professional telephone manner, and the ability to build professional relationships with UK businesses.

Qualificações

• Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Telesales, Telemarketing, BPO, Lead Generation, or Appointment Setting.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
• Professional and engaging telephone manner.

Responsabilidades

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and clients.
• Communicate professionally with UK-based customers and businesses.
• Introduce products/services clearly and confidently.
• Build rapport and maintain positive customer relationships.
