Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an HR Data Management Specialist to maintain workforce records across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. This role supports UK HR activities and data protection standards, partnering with global teams to deliver reliable HR analytics.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience across HR administration and workforce data management
• Experience supporting UK HR activities and data accuracy
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes and HR records
• Strong analytical and data-protection awareness
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate workforce records and complete employee data updates across SAP SuccessFactors and other HR systems
• Review HR information regularly and investigate discrepancies to ensure complete records
• Prepare workforce reports and people metrics including headcount and movements
• Coordinate onboarding, changes, probation updates, transfers and offboarding
• Draft contracts and HR correspondence and respond to HR queries
• Support audits, compliance reviews and reporting needs with accurate data
