Job summary

Meralco Industrial Engineering Services Corporation in the Philippines is seeking an Utilities Attachment Associate to evaluate, process, and digitize UAM documents from pole users, clients, and field operations. The role also handles billing data from various UAM activities and ensures complete, accurate submissions to the supervisor.

The incumbent will maintain organized records, generate detailed reports, and support field teams with data and communications.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any course.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and processing RTA Applications from Pole Users.
• Verifying RTA Applications and assigning cable positions.
• Preparing compliance reports for audited RTA Applications.
• Gathering and creating reports of unauthorized attachments and referrals for pole/cable clearing.
• Preparing transmittals, receiving and evaluating reports from Field Operations and Contractors.
• Creating Work Orders and Store Requisitions for Field Operations.
• Encoding and validating surveyed Pole Inventories from Field personnel.
• Preparing detailed inventory listings of Pole User cable attachments per area.
• Preparing referral and accomplishment reports to be submitted to Pole Users and clients.
• Scanning, printing, and maintaining organized UAM files and documents.
• Printing vicinity maps for Field surveys.
• Generating Reference/Tracking Numbers and finalizing approved RTA Applications.
• Preparing penalty and billing reports and validating billing documents.
