Elevate Philippines Inc. seeks a Master Data Management Associate to join our high-performing team, supporting billing, data integrity, and reporting within a fast-paced, client‑centric environment.

You will review invoices for VIP customers, maintain master client billing status reports, prepare weekly and month‑end billing reports, manage customer onboarding data, coordinate with Delivery Services, process third‑party invoices and time cards, and handle expenses for associates and consultants,

Qualifications

• A Bachelor of Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce is required.

Responsibilities

• Review invoices of VIP Customers
• Maintain master client billing status reports
• Preparation of recurring reports related to billing (weekly and month-end reports)
• Process and monitor customer on-boarding, info database and communications
• Set and lead tactical meetings for operational performance and open concerns with Delivery Services.
• Processing invoices received from third party suppliers
• Process time cards for third party consultants
• Process expenses for Associates and third party Consultants.
