Qualifications

• Requires at least three years of relevant work experience in trust banking and account management.
• Strong stakeholder management; ability to match client's business requirements with bank products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• TCP and SEC Fixed Income Market Salesmen certifications are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as central point person for overall relationship management with traditional trust clients.
• Meet volume and income targets for traditional trust business.
• Evaluate and onboard new traditional trust clients.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and executives.
• Ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned to client needs and objectives.
• Identify opportunities to grow existing business and improve profitability.
• Forecast and track account metrics and prepare status reports.

Three years of experience in trust banking/account management
