Job summary

Metrobank is seeking an Account Manager in the Account Management Department to serve as the central point of contact for traditional trust clients. You will own the relationship, work toward volume and income targets, and oversee onboarding of new trust clients.

You will build trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, deliver solutions aligned to client needs, and collaborate with sales partners to identify growth opportunities and ensure timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in trust banking and account management.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to align client requirements with bank products.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
• TCP and SEC Fixed Income Market Salesmen certifications are highly preferred.

• Forecast and track key account metrics an prepare reports on account status
• Ensures adherence of the account management activities to the terms of the contract, internal bank policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with bank sales partners to identify and grow opportunities
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
