Job summary

Metrobank Philippines is seeking an Account Servicing Manager in the Trust Banking Group to ensure efficient and compliant handling of daily client transactions, coordinating with Account Managers and internal units to resolve issues and implement process improvements.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and robust knowledge of regulatory requirements, with a focus on risk management and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in Trust regulations, internal policies and procedures.
• Understands account management processes (onboarding, maintenance, disbursement and distribution, closure).
• Communicates clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Skilled in handling client inquiries while maintaining strict adherence to controls and regulations.
• Ability to make compliant decisions under pressure while balancing client needs and risk.

Responsibilities

• Provides transactional support to Account Managers of Trust for timely and compliant execution of client instructions.
• Monitors fixed income maturities, interest and dividend income and deploys accordingly.
• Ensures client investment instructions are serviced timely, including deposits and market orders.
• Coordinates with Account Managers for seamless handover of clients.
• Ensures transactions comply with internal and external regulations and flags non-compliant orders.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.
