Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5-8 years in trucking/logistics with 3+ years in supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of Philippines trucking operations, route planning, and regulations.
Experience with containerized cargo and port coordination.
Experience in fuel monitoring and cost control strategies.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor daily trucking and delivery operations.
Schedule and assign drivers, trucks, and routes efficiently.
Ensure on-time delivery and pickup of cargo.
Coordinate with clients, dispatchers, warehouse personnel, and management.
Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and maintenance schedules.
Ensure compliance with traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Investigate and resolve delivery delays, accidents, and operational issues.
Monitor fuel consumption and operational expenses.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Evaluate driver performance and recommend disciplinary or corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure complete and accurate delivery documents and trip reports.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet productivity and service quality.
