Job summary

Top1Movers Worldwide Inc. based in Bulacan seeks a Financial Management and Reporting leader to oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

You will ensure accurate revenue recording for trucking services and related charges, while monitoring costs and performing reconciliations of bank accounts and cash advances. The role drives budgeting, variance analysis, and cash flow management, coordinating with Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy or finance; CPA is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years in accounting/finance with at least 2 years in supervising.
• Experience in trucking/logistics or related industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cash flow.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accurate revenue recording for trucking services and related charges.
• Monitor operating costs and reconcile bank accounts and petty cash.
• Develop budgets and perform variance analyses.
• Lead billing, collections, and payables processes with proper documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal controls.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR to validate expenses and reporting.
