Job summary

Gramans Group of Companies seeks a seasoned Trucking Manager to oversee all trucking operations within the Brokerage Department. You will lead dispatch, drivers and logistics staff to ensure on-time deliveries and optimal fleet utilization.

This role requires strong knowledge of Philippine transportation laws (LTO/LTFRB), cost control, and regulatory compliance, with responsibilities including reporting performance metrics and coordinating with brokers and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in trucking operations or logistics management, preferably in brokerage or freight forwarding.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine transportation laws, LTO/LTFRB regulations, and logistics best practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills with ability to supervise drivers and operations staff.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in logistics software and MS Office; valid driver's license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and manage daily trucking operations to ensure on-time delivery of shipments across client locations.
• Supervise and coordinate with truck drivers, dispatchers, and logistics personnel to optimize route efficiency and fleet utilization.
• Maintain compliance with LTO regulations, LTFRB requirements, and company safety standards.
• Monitor and control operational costs including fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance, and repair expenses.
• Liaise with brokers, clients, and warehouse personnel to schedule pickups and deliveries according to business requirements.
• Prepare regular reports on trucking performance metrics, incidents, and operational improvements for management review.
