Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in trucking operations with supervision and dispatch duties.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or Science with Management.
• Willing to be assigned at Sta. Cruz, Manila.

Responsibilities

• Achieve optimum delivery operations by maximizing truck, route, and driver potentials per job orders.
• Plan and monitor truck trips and routes; complete required documents; assign drivers and helpers; obtain feedback after unloading and return.
• Use unit checklists for safe operation; assess driver/helper conditions; communicate ETAs; use GPS tracking; convey on-site updates.
• Supervise drivers and helpers on schedules, leaves, absences, and disciplinary matters.
• Oversee lodging areas and maintain a clean, healthy environment.
• Supervise loading with cargo loader or safety officer; check load conditions for safety.
• Coordinate with loaders and safety officer on safe practices.
• Coordinate with Head of Fleet Management on wear-and-tear, maintenance schedules, repairs, and on/offsite rescue.
