Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive accounting/finance experience with at least 2 in a supervisory role.
• Experience in trucking, logistics, freight or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, cash flow management and Philippine accounting standards.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting/ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Ensure accurate recording of revenues including billing for trucking services and surcharges.
• Monitor cost of operations and driver allowances; reconcile bank accounts and cash advances.
• Supervise billing and invoicing; monitor accounts receivable and payables.
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG and local government requirements.
• Manage cash flow and treasury operations; implement policies for drivers and operations staff.
• Coordinate with Operations and HR for expense validation and reporting; present insights to top management.
• Develop SOPs and improve financial reporting processes.
