Qualifications

• 3+ years in trucking or transportation management.
• Knowledge of road transport operations and route planning.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership of drivers.
• Familiar with safety standards and regulations.
• Willing to be assigned in Ports of Manila Area.

As a Trucking Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our transportation operations, from route planning to driver management.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective transportation strategies to optimize delivery schedules and minimize costs


2. Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the company's truck fleet, ensuring vehicles are well-maintained and road-ready


3. Manage and coordinate a team of truck drivers, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure safe and reliable deliveries


4. Analyze transportation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement cost-saving measures


5. Collaborate with other departments and customers, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery operations


6. Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and safety standards

What we're looking for
