Gramans Group of Companies is seeking a motivated Trucking Coordinator to join our team in a full-time role. You will manage our fleet, plan routes, supervise drivers, and ensure timely and safe deliveries across Manila and surrounding areas.

The role requires a hands-on leader with strong analytical skills to optimize operations, reduce costs, and maintain compliance with transport regulations. You will work with logistics and customer service to support seamless delivery performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in trucking or transportation management.
• Knowledge of road transport operations and route planning.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Excellent communication and leadership of drivers.
• Familiar with safety standards and regulations.
• Willing to be assigned in Ports of Manila Area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement transportation strategies to optimize delivery schedules and minimize costs.
• Oversee maintenance and upkeep of the truck fleet, ensuring road-readiness.
• Manage and coordinate a team of truck drivers, providing guidance and training.
• Analyze transportation data and metrics to identify improvements and cost savings.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and safety standards.
• Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the transportation division.
