Job summary

TIMECARGO LOGISTICS CORPORATION in the Philippines seeks a proactive logistics professional to support trucking operations. The role concentrates on dispatch, file creation, GPS monitoring, cargo release, and direct coordination with clients for trucking requests from our Las Piñas office as needed.

The ideal candidate may be a fresh graduate willing to train, with strong communication skills and a basic understanding of logistics processes, reporting to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Graduate in logistics or related field.
• Experience in logistics and transportation is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Allocate/Dispatch drivers and helpers for each truck request.
• Create Job Files in TLC Trucking System.
• Prepare Monthly Trip Reports and RFID records.
• Monitor GPS tracking for all vehicles.
• Supervise cargo release from pickup to delivery.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• GRADUATE OF BS CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION or any related course in logistics.

• Extensive knowledge in Trucking/Logistics Process

• Experience in Logistics and Transportation is an advantage

• Good communication both verbal and written

• Allocate/Dispatching of designated drivers/helpers for each truck request.

• Create Job Files in TLC Trucking System

• Responsible for Monthly Trip Report & RFID

• Monitoring GPS Tracking of all vehicle fleet

• Supervise all cargo release up to deliver of point to point transactions

• Coordinate to all clients for trucking request and concerns

• Report of billing for every trucking request

• Handling all related documents

• Daily report of Trucking Status to CEO

• Direct report to CEO

• Willing to report in our Las Pinas office if needed

• Other related tasks
