Job summary

One Food Group seeks a Treasury Associate to handle cashiering, custodianship reporting, and gift certificate issuance for franchise accounts. You will post issued checks in SAP, ensure deposits for provincial areas, and monitor GC inventory.

You will also prepare management reports, update ABEST/BDO examiner releases, and maintain internal controls including automated logbook monitoring. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year treasury experience is an advantage, MS Excel proficiency required.

Job Responsibilities

Cashiering & Custodianship Reporting

• Issuance of suppliers' checks as scheduled.
• Issuance of checks.
• Accurate posting of issued checks in SAP (Franchisee).
• Ensuring deposits of checks for provincial areas.

Management Reporting

• Reporting Released Checks for Franchisee Accounts.
• Updating daily Database report - ABEST/BDO Examiner Releases.
• Updating of issued OR/CR in SAP for issued MCs.

Gift Certificate Issuance and Monitoring

• Gift Certificate Issuance and Checks Monitoring
• Preparation of Ordered GCs: 3WD
• Inventory of GCs: GC Reporting: Sold, Cancelled and Issued

Internal Control

• Monitoring of Automated Logbook
• Monitoring of unutilized MCs for credit back

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree of any business course.
• With at least 1 year of experience in Treasury is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must be well versed in the use of MS Excel as well as other MS Office applications.
• Candidates must have high attention to detail and high regard for quality.
