Job summary

The Treasury Assistant (Cashiering Function) at TGP The Generics Pharmacy supports daily treasury and cashiering operations, ensuring accurate processing and safeguarding of cash and payments. You will work with SAP, reconcile deposits, and maintain audit-ready records.

Required are a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 1 year of treasury or accounting experience; proficiency in Excel is essential. SAP/ERP familiarity is a plus in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 1 year of treasury, cashiering, accounting, or finance operations experience; fresh grads with internship welcome.
• Knowledge of cash handling, collections, bank reconciliation, treasury operations, and basic accounting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; SAP or ERP systems experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and record cash, checks, online transfers, and other collections in SAP with official receipts.
• Perform cash counts, reconciliations, bank deposit prep, and verify collections against documents and reports.
• Maintain treasury records, monitor post-dated checks, upload bank statements, and file treasury docs for audit.
• Coordinate with banks, customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve collection, payment, and reconciliation issues.

The Treasury Assistant (Cashiering Function) is responsible for supporting daily treasury and cashiering operations by receiving, recording, reconciling, depositing, and safeguarding cash and other payment transactions. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, compliance with internal controls, and protection of company assets while maintaining accurate treasury records and supporting financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and record cash, checks, online transfers, and other collections in SAP, while issuing official receipts and supporting payment transactions.
• Perform cash counts, reconciliations, bank deposit preparations, and verification of collections against supporting documents, bank records, and system reports.
• Maintain accurate treasury records, monitor post-dated checks, upload bank statements, and ensure proper filing of treasury documents for audit readiness.
• Coordinate with banks, customers, vendors, and internal departments to resolve collection, payment, deposit, and reconciliation concerns.
• Ensure compliance with treasury policies, BIR requirements, internal controls, and reporting standards while safeguarding cash, checks, and financial documents.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or any related field.
• At least one (1) year of experience in treasury, cashiering, accounting, or finance operations; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of cash handling, collections, bank reconciliation, treasury operations, and basic accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
