Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking a diligent cashier/collections professional in the Philippines. The role focuses on collecting payments, controlling cash flow, and ensuring secure handling of invoices and bank deposits.

Training will occur in Meycauayan, Bulacan for 3–6 months, with responsibilities spanning both collections and customer service. Responsibilities include accurately accepting payments, releasing invoices to authorized representatives, balancing daily collections, and maintaining strict

Qualifications

• College graduate in any degree.
• Prior cashiering or similar work experience is an advantage.
• Willing to undergo training in Meycauayan, Bulacan for 3-6 months.

Responsibilities

• Accept customers’ payments accurately.
• Print and sort all prepaid invoices.
• Release all paid and prepaid invoices only to customers’ authorized representatives.
• Institute security measures to safeguard cash collection and confidential information.
• Balance all collections at the end of each day using Oracle Reports.
• Remit all collections to the bank through proper channels and procedures.
• Receive and release GC to customers accurately.
• Print sales orders and releases to customers' authorized representatives.
• Conduct bank-to-bank verification.
• Provide quality customer service to internal and external customers.
• Carry out Account Officer’s special requests for their customers.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback on customer complaints.
• Report to General Services Admin Officer any equipment needing repair.
• Follow treasury department policies and procedures.
• Perform other related responsibilities as assigned by the Treasury Officer (e.g., customer settlement).

Main Responsibilities:

1. Collection / Control Function

• Accept customers’ payments accurately
• Print and sort all prepaid Invoices
• Release all paid and prepaid Invoices only to customers’ authorized representatives

2. Customer Service Function

• Provide quality customer service both to internal and external customers
• Carry out Account Officer’s special request / instruction for their customers
• Provide timely and accurate feedback on customers’ complains
• Report to General Services Admin Officer any equipment, furniture and fixture needing repair
• Follow strictly all the policies and procedures of the Treasury Department
• Perform other related responsibilities as maybe assigned by the Treasury Officer e.g., customer settlement
