Job summary

One Food Group seeks a Treasury Associate to handle cashiering, custodianship reporting, and gift certificate issuance for franchise accounts. You will post issued checks in SAP, ensure deposits for provincial areas, and monitor GC inventory.

You will also prepare management reports, update ABEST/BDO examiner releases, and maintain internal controls including automated logbook monitoring. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1 year treasury experience is an advantage, MS Excel proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College degree in any business course.
• 1 year treasury experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• High attention to detail and high regard for quality.
• Willing to work full time on-site in Scout Tobias, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Issuance and posting of checks in SAP for franchise accounts.
• Deposits of checks for provincial areas.
• Reporting Released Checks for Franchisee Accounts; updating ABEST/BDO Examiner releases.
• Updating SAP for issued OR/CR on MCs.
• Gift Certificate issuance, monitoring, and GC inventory reporting.
• Monitoring of automated logbook and unutilized MCs for credit back.
