Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Marketing Trader to generate target volume and income through treasury products, coordinating with desks and servicing client requirements. You will quote regularly and negotiate deals, while encoding transactions in our treasury systems.

The role also covers marketing activities, client outreach, cross-unit collaboration, and providing market updates to clients and supervisors. A strong sales mindset and treasury product knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years of Treasury Marketing Sales experience.
• SEC Licensed Salesman is required.
• TCP certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with different portfolio desks to obtain the best market price/rate.
• Serves client’s requirements for all treasury transactions.
• Gives regular quotes and negotiates/executed deals as confirmed with client.
• Encodes deal transactions in the designated system.
• Conducts marketing calls to existing and potential clients to identify needs.
• Coordinates with Account Officer and other units to service and optimize client relationship.
• Provides clients with recent market conditions and developments.
