Job summary

BDO Unibank is seeking a Product Development Officer to lead the creation and refinement of Treasury-related products and associated documentation. You will collaborate with Treasury and branch networks to ensure compliant, competitive offerings.

Responsibilities include developing product features, updating manuals, and coordinating with internal units to produce timely documentation and support collateral for loans and other services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in Treasury and systems.
• Analytical, systematic, able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Develops Treasury-related products and services as identified by the product sponsor.
• Updates product features in response to market needs, competition and regulations.
• Coordinates documentation and procedures to support product usage with other bank units.
• Prepares materials for regulatory presentations and management reviews.
