Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in Ortigas is seeking a senior treasury professional with 5+ years of corporate treasury experience. You will coordinate with portfolio desks to secure best market prices, service client requirements for treasury products, and encode transactions in the designated system.

You will also lead marketing efforts, identify potential clients, and coordinate with Account Officers to optimize bank-client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or economics.
• 5+ years of progressive corporate treasury experience.
• Willing to work onsite in Ortigas.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the portfolio desks to obtain the best market price/rate.
• Provide quotes and negotiate/execute deals with clients.
• Encode dealt transactions in the designated system.
• Conduct marketing calls to existing and potential clients to identify needs.
• Identify potential clients and offer other bank products and services.
• Coordinate with Account Officers to service and optimize client relationships.
• Supervise trading and marketing activities of the group.
• Review group members' performance to address client concerns.
• Plan and execute strategies to attain volume and income targets.

Job description

Responsibilities:

A. Trading

1. Coordinates with the different portfolio desk in getting best market price/rate

2. Services clients requirements for all treasury products

• Gives regular quotes
• Negotiate and execute deals as confirmed with clients

3. Encode dealt transactions in the designated system

B. Marketing

1. Conduct marketing calls to existing and potential clients to establish rapport and identify client's needs
2. Identify potential clients within target market
3. Offer other bank products and services, as needed e.g. payroll service
4. Coordinate with Account Officer in servicing and optimizing bank-client relationship
5. Accompany group members with their calls
6. Furnish clients with recent market condition and development

C. Planning and Supervising

1. Supervise the trading and marketing activities of the group members
2. Conduct periodical review with group members to address clients concern and needs
3. Ensure attainment of the group's set volume and income targets through effective planning and strategy formulation
