Dyninno Group in Metro Manila is seeking a Travel Sales Consultant to join our on-site team in BGC. You'll assist clients in planning and booking travel, including flights, accommodations, and related services, while driving sales opportunities.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, preparing itineraries, managing reservations, and providing accurate information on options, pricing, and policies. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet targets and ensure a high-quality customer

• Strong Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, handle inquiries, and resolve concerns in a professional manner.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to identify client needs, upsell suitable services, and work toward performance targets.
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort with using booking platforms, CRM tools, and standard office software; willingness to learn new systems.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Sales Consultant role based in BGC, Metro Manila. The Travel Sales Consultant will assist clients in planning and booking their travel, including flights, accommodations, and related services, while maximizing sales opportunities. Responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound inquiries, preparing travel itineraries, managing reservations and changes, and providing accurate information on travel options, pricing, and policies. The role involves delivering high-quality customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining detailed records of bookings and client communications. The Travel Sales Consultant will work closely with internal teams to meet sales targets, optimize customer experience, and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on-site in BGC, Metro Manila, Philippines, in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
• Previous experience in travel, hospitality, customer support, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college-level education in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related discipline is an asset.
