Job summary

Dyninno Philippines, Inc. in Taguig City is seeking a Travel Customer Expert to consult with clients on destinations, travel modes, and accommodations while driving sales and maintaining high satisfaction. The role requires rotating shifts and is based onsite at our BGC office.

Qualified candidates have at least 3 months in BPO, strong English skills, and a customer-service mindset. Travel/Sales experience is a plus and you’ll join a dynamic, globally focused team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months of BPO or call center experience.
• Advanced/Native level English.
• Experience in Travel/Sales preferred.
• Ability to work in rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Guide clients on destinations, travel modes, dates, and accommodations based on their needs.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships through excellent service.
• Sales Facilitation: Leverage industry insights to close deals and enhance customer experiences.
