Job summary

A travel agency in Laguna is looking for a Sales Associate to handle travel product inquiries and assist in the growth of their travel business. This role involves working with travel agencies, promoting products online, and requires excellent communication skills. Candidates should be outgoing, internet savvy, and preferably have prior travel experience. This position is commission-based with a fixed allowance after an initial training period.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be internet savvy and active in social media.
• Good written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
• Must be smart, trainable, and have a pleasing personality.
• Experience in travel or international travel is a plus.
• Need internet at home and reliable connection.

Responsibilities

• Handle travel product inquiries from clients and agents.
• Coordinate with travel agencies and operators regularly.
• Assist in selling and growth of travel business.
• Assist in selling and growing the Travel business of the company.
• Train to create travel packages and other travel products.
• Assist in issuing airline tickets, hotel vouchers, itineraries and travel documents.
• Monitor payments and collections for the travel unit.

• Handles travel product inquiries from clients and agents.
• Coordinates with travel agencies and travel operators on a regular basis.
• Recruit agents and expand the sales force of the Travel Unit.
• Assist in the selling and growth of the Travel business of the company.
• Will be trained to create travel packages, tour packages, and other travel products.
• Will assist in the issuance of airline tickets, hotel vouches, travel itineraries and other travel documents.
• Monitor payments and collections of the travel units and regular coordination with banks.
• Promoting and selling travel products online or via social media.
• Answers email inquiries and inbox of our social media accounts.

This is a commission-based position. But we will provide fixed allowance to those who will show exemplary performance after three months.

Job Types: Commission, New-Grad

1. College graduate preferably business course but not required.
2. Senior High School graduates with atleast 1 year office work experience is welcome to apply.
