Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to lead regional growth, adapt the global strategy to local market trends, and guide a dedicated local team (KOL, SMM/Community, PR, Events, Content specialists) toward clear objectives. You will develop quarterly marketing plans tailored to the Philippines and its client community.

Own the regional budget, optimize spend across channels, measure campaigns with GA4/Tableau/Power BI, and collaborate with Global HQ to share

Qualifications

• 4+ years marketing experience with 2+ years in leadership managing a team of 3+ specialists.
• Expertise in organic and partnership-driven acquisition in Philippines.
• Strong 360 marketing knowledge: brand, KOL, PR, community growth, performance marketing.
• Experience allocating and optimizing monthly regional budgets around $50,000.
• Hands-on with analytics tools: GA4, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with Jira/Asana/Confluence for campaign coordination.
• Native Tagalog and fluent business English.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market growth by adapting the global strategy to local trends.
• Directly manage and mentor local teams and remove blockers.
• Develop quarterly plans for Philippines and client community.
• Manage regional budget and optimize spend for ROI.
