Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of sales experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in business-related field.
• Fluent in Tagalog and English.
• Experience in building materials sales preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop a local sales team and coordinate with regional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, coach, and develop the local sales team to achieve targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans to support growth and profitability.
• Identify new opportunities, markets, and key accounts while strengthening relationships.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with customers; analyze market trends.
• Act as liaison between Philippines team and regional team in Thailand, coordinating forecasts and plans.
• Collaborate with Thailand team on pricing, product launches, and promotions.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and reviews; monitor revenue and KPIs; recommend actions.
• Present sales performance and strategic recommendations to management.
