Qualifications
- Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Knowledgeable in LAN, WAN, and wireless network setup and maintenance.
- Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11; Mac OS knowledge is a plus.
- Experienced in OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willing to travel to and support all affiliates.
- Fresh graduates or interns welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
- Provide first-line technical support to employees.
- Travel to various company locations as required.
- Assist in maintaining IT equipment and infrastructure.
