Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an IT Support Technician to install, configure, and troubleshoot computers and peripherals, and to maintain LAN/WAN/wireless networks across multiple locations. The role includes providing first-line support to employees and covering travel to affiliates as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a IT/CS degree, is proficient with Windows 10/11, has Mac OS knowledge, and shows strong problem-solving and communication skills. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Knowledgeable in LAN, WAN, and wireless network setup and maintenance.
• Proficient in Windows 10 and Windows 11; Mac OS knowledge is a plus.
