• Minimum 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales.
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients.
• IT and HR background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning solution sales strategies.
• Work through leads to sales on CRM.
• Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system.
• Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
• Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in various online platforms and/or offline channels.
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
• Work with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure client satisfaction.
