Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. is seeking a Sales and Marketing Officer in Makati with at least 2 years of HRIS SaaS sales experience.

The role requires on-site work in Makati and aBachelor's degree, with responsibilities spanning strategy development, end-to-end sales processes, CRM management, and client presentations. The successful candidate will travel for client meetings, contribute to branding and lead generation, and collaborate with Implementation and Support teams to ensure client

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales.
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive.
• IT and HR background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resources to create and execute winning solution sales strategies.
• Work through leads to Sales on CRM.
• Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system.
• Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
• Enhance the company’s branding by increasing visibility, awareness and engagement in various online platforms and/or offline channels.
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
• Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
• Work with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction.
