Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Makati City seeks a Sales and Marketing Manager with at least two years of HRIS SaaS sales experience to lead the strategy and drive enterprise deals. This on-site role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and a competitive drive.

You will manage end-to-end sales cycles, coordinate with Customer Success, and travel as needed to meet clients. Government-mandated benefits are provided, with a salary range of 30k–45k PHP monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years related experience in HRIS SaaS sales.
• Willing to travel for business trips to meet clients.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Outgoing, highly-motivated, aggressive, ambitious and competitive.
• IT and HR background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sales and Marketing Strategy.
• Manage the end-to-end enterprise sales process and resource to create and execute winning
• Work through leads to Sales on CRM
• Manage and track customer interaction and transactional information in a CRM system
• Give presentations, product demos and general support to prospective customers.
• Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
• Hire, coach and lead a high-performing team members
• Practice effective, excellent communication with management, customers and support staff.
• Travel to customer locations in support of sales efforts.
• Works with Customer Success (Implementation and Support) team to ensure Client Satisfaction.
