Qualifications

• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or equivalent.
• No BPO experience required.
• Customer-service oriented and professional.
• Strong listening, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willing to work on-site in Taguig.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide professional assistance.
• Assist customers with travel and hospitality-related inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding reservations, bookings, schedules, services, and other account concerns.
• Process customer requests, changes, cancellations, and other service-related transactions based on account procedures.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
• Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
• Follow company policies, account guidelines, and quality standards.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.
