Job summary

Live Life and Travel Inc. seeks a Travel Consultant Supervisor in Makati to lead our team of travel consultants, oversee daily reservations and sales operations, and ensure accurate bookings and responsive service for clients.

You will supervise, coach, and review inquiries, quotations, reservations, and after-sales support; coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators; and monitor performance against targets while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years in travel consulting, reservations, or agency ops, with supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of itinerary planning, fares, ticketing, and domestic/international travel arrangements.
• Experience with airline reservation systems, GDS, or travel portals is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support travel consultants in inquiries, quotations, reservations, and after-sales service.
• Oversee domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, transfers, and travel insurance.
• Review itineraries, quotations, booking details, and travel documents for accuracy before confirmation and issuance.
• Monitor sales targets, inquiry follow-ups, booking deadlines, and team performance.
• Handle escalated concerns, booking changes, cancellations, and refund requests.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers regarding rates, availability, and booking concerns.
• Guide clients on visa application requirements and destination entry requirements, subject to official verification.
• Ensure accurate booking records, payment tracking, and timely coordination with accounting.
• Prepare sales and operational reports and recommend improvements to team workflows.
