Job summary

Wings Global Travel is seeking travel consultants to join a global team, delivering first-class customer service for worldwide travel bookings. You will handle land, sea and air arrangements, apply fare knowledge, and coordinate with suppliers.

The role requires strong communication, willingness to work shifts, and a passion for client services in a dynamic, fast-growing travel management environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with GDS Sabre or Amadeus.
• Prefer marine/oil & gas or corporate travel background.
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Process and respond to travel requests, sourcing & booking land, sea & air travel worldwide.
• Submit guidance and documents to clients within the required timeframes.
• Apply fare knowledge to source cost-effective options.
• Handle visa requirements where applicable.
• Coordinate with preferred suppliers for services.
• Monitor industry issues and advise clients accordingly.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively process and respond promptly to all travel requests, ensuring that our client requirements are met. This includes sourcing and booking land, sea and air travel arrangements throughout the world
• Work efficiently and accurately, submitting appropriate guidance and documentation to clients within the prescribed time frames
• Use commercial acumen to apply specialist fare and systems knowledge in order to source the most cost-effective fares
• Process all visa requirements, where applicable
• Coordinate and effectively utilize preferred suppliers for provision of services
• Proactively monitor industry related issues and advise clients accordingly

Skills and experience required:

• With knowledge and experience in GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
• Preferably with Marine, Oil and Gas, Corporate Travel background
• Highly personable and excellent verbal communication skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules and PH holidays
• Very good work ethics
• Forward thinker
• Passionate about client services
