Job summary

WNS Careers - Philippines is seeking an experienced VIP travel agent to service corporate travel needs in the Philippines. You will manage high-value client interactions via phone, chat, and email, leveraging Amadeus and other GDS tools to deliver optimal itineraries and exceptional service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in corporate travel and a strong focus on accuracy, policy adherence, and client satisfaction, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to North American service

Qualifications

• 3+ years in corporate travel and VIP customer service with GDS knowledge.
• Deliver personalized, empathetic, efficient service for high-value clients.
• Primary contact for VIP clients (CEO, CFO, COO) via phone, chat and email.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work with various OBT tools.
• Familiarity with North American customer service expectations.

• Accurately service travel requests via multiple channels while following corporate travel policies.
• Deliver extraordinary end-to-end service with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Provide consultation and support during the booking process, including fares and routing and health requirements.
• Use creative thinking to identify the best air, rail, car and hotel options.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail; anticipate and mitigate potential issues.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP customer (CEO, CFO, COO etc) via phone, chat & email
• Ability to work effectively with personal computers and various OBT (online booking tool) with the ability to learn new systems quickly

• Accurately and efficiently service travel requests via multiple channels (phone, email, chat, etc.), ensuring all corporate travel policies and industry practices are followed
• Deliver extraordinary end to end customer service while maintaining an impeccable professional and enthusiastic demeanor
• Provide consultation and support throughout the booking process, including best fares and routing, international travel requirements, health restrictions and mandates, and other travel related information as appropriate
• Utilize creative thinking and problem-solving skills to identify the best options for air, rail, car, and hotel arrangements
• Maintain a high focus on quality and attention to detail; proactively anticipate potential problems and take steps to mitigate them
