Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls from IHG.
• Solicit prospects over the phone to tour with sales consultants.
• Sell vacation packages over the phone to qualifying guests.
• Determine eligibility of guests per qualification standards.
• Assist guests with questions about vacation properties, packages, and procedures.
• Assist guests with making the reservation.
