Responsibilities

• Provide clients with detailed information on destinations, schedules, rates, inclusions, and terms.
• Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel packages per client needs.
• Handle reservations for hotels, transport, tours, and local services.
• Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and travel partners for bookings.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels professionally.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending reservations to close bookings.
• Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and rebookings as needed.
• Promote local travel packages and upsell additional services.
• Maintain accurate client records, reservations, itineraries, payments, and documents.
• Address customer concerns and coordinate with providers when necessary.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide clients with accurate information regarding destinations, travel schedules, rates, inclusions, and booking terms

• Prepare customized travel itineraries, quotations, and travel packages based on client requirements

• Handle reservations and bookings for hotels, resorts, transportation, tours, activities, and other local travel services

• Coordinate with hotels, resorts, airlines, bus operators, tour providers, and other local travel partners

• Respond to client inquiries through phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a professional and timely manner

• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and pending reservations to encourage successful bookings

• Assist clients with booking changes, cancellations, rebooking, and other travel-related concerns

• Promote local travel packages and recommend additional services based on client needs and preferences

• Maintain accurate records of client information, reservations, itineraries, payments, and travel documents

• Handle customer concerns professionally and coordinate with appropriate travel providers when necessary

Qualifications
