Job summary

Olympuz-Edward Belacse Career Consultancy Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative for travel accounts in Manila. You will assist with flight bookings, cancellations, rebookings, and provide travel information to customers.

The role requires handling inquiries across channels and delivering excellent service. The position requires at least 1 year of BPO experience, strong communication, and a customer-focused approach, with willingness to work onsite in shifting schedules.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of BPO experience.

• Travel account or GDS experience is an advantage.
