Job summary

Caldwell Communications is hiring Call Center Agents for a Travel Account in Quezon City. This onsite role offers up to ₱26,000 per month with full-time hours and paid training from Day 1. You will assist customers with travel inquiries, reservations, and itinerary changes via phone, chat, or email.

No prior BPO experience is required; candidates with high school or college backgrounds and good English skills are encouraged to apply. Shifting schedules and onsite work are included.
