Job summary
iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organized Transportation Support to coordinate daily TL/LTL shipments, carrier communications, and delivery scheduling across multiple locations in Metro Manila. You will manage shipment tracking, documentation, and expedited shipments, ensuring on-time transport execution.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Admin, or 4 years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years in transportation coordination, logistics, shipping, or related operations.
- Experience coordinating TL/LTL shipments, routing, pickups, deliveries, and carrier communications.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily TL and LTL shipments with carriers across multiple locations.
- Communicate with carrier brokers, hubs, and providers regarding pickups, routing, and status.
- Schedule and coordinate pickups, deliveries, and transportation activities by priority.
- Monitor shipment status and on-time performance; resolve issues and delays.
- Prepare and maintain transportation documents (BOLs, invoices, shipment records).
- Coordinate with dock teams remotely to support execution and resolve issues.
