Qualifications

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to travel or be assigned on-site if needed.
• Computer literate (Excel, reports, email).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily hauling operations from vessel to subcontracted trucks.
• Monitor delivery schedules.
• Act as liaison between vessel crew, truck subcontractors, and head office.
• Ensure complete and accurate delivery documents.
• Monitor dispatch, arrival, and turnaround times.
• Report issues, delays, or discrepancies immediately.
• Assist in documentation, billing, and operational reports.
