• Plan and coordinate daily transport schedules, routes, and vehicle assignments.
• Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and delivery performance.
• Ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.
• Track deliveries, handle delays or incidents, and provide real-time updates.

• Prepare and maintain transport documents such as trip tickets, delivery receipts, and gate passes.
• Verify freight costs, billing, and transport-related charges for accuracy.
• Investigate transport incidents, delays, or damages and prepare incident reports when required.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to align loading and dispatch schedules.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, vehicle usage, and driver attendance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize routes, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
