About the role

ADSIA LOGISTICS INC. is seeking a Transport Team Leader to join our dynamic operations team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent opportunity to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing transport team whilst ensuring exceptional customer service delivery. As Transport Team Leader, you will be instrumental in overseeing day-to-day transport operations, managing team performance, and maintaining the highest standards of service quality that our clients expect. This role is pivotal to our organisation's success, bridging the gap between senior management and frontline transport staff to ensure smooth, efficient logistics operations.

Key responsibilities

• Leading, supervising and motivating the transport team to achieve operational targets and service level agreements
• Monitoring and optimising transport schedules, routes and vehicle utilisation to ensure timely and efficient deliveries
• Managing team performance through regular coaching, feedback and development discussions with transport staff
• Resolving customer service issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Ensuring compliance with transport regulations, safety standards and company policies
• Coordinating with dispatch, warehousing and customer service teams to facilitate seamless operations
• Preparing reports on transport metrics, including on‑time delivery rates, and team performance
• Training and providing ongoing development to enhance team capabilities
• Handling escalated customer inquiries and ensuring resolution in line with service agreements
