This full-time role emphasizes safety, efficiency and customer satisfaction across all functions. You will manage drivers and warehouse staff, monitor KPIs and compliance, and collaborate with customers and internal teams to drive improvements and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in logistics/transport supervisory roles.
• Strong leadership and people management capabilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to logistics.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and transport operations.
• Train, mentor and motivate operational staff including drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Monitor safety compliance and enforce company policies.
• Oversee inventory and warehouse organization for space optimization.
• Conduct regular equipment and vehicle inspections and schedule maintenance.
• Prepare accurate operational reports and KPIs.
• Liaise with customers, drivers and other departments to resolve issues.
• Implement safety protocols and drive incident reduction.
• Optimize route planning to reduce costs and meet delivery deadlines.
• Support process improvements and best practices.
