About the role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join ADSIA LOGISTICS INC. in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of our logistics and transport operations. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing teams, and maintaining the highest standards of service delivery. This role is pivotal to our company's success and directly impacts our ability to meet customer expectations and operational targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily logistics and transport operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of services
• Manage, train, mentor and motivate operational staff, including drivers, warehouse personnel, and support teams
• Monitor adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations, ensuring all staff comply with company policies and procedures
• Oversee inventory management, stock levels and warehouse organisation to optimise space utilisation and accessibility
• Conduct regular equipment and vehicle inspections to ensure they are maintained in good working condition and schedule maintenance as required
• Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports, including performance metrics, incident reports and operational KPIs
• Liaise with customers, drivers, and other departments to resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Implement and monitor safety protocols and procedures to minimise workplace incidents and maintain a safe working environment
• Optimise route planning and scheduling to reduce costs, improve efficiency and meet delivery deadlines
• Support the development and implementation of process improvements and operational best practices

What we're looking for

• Proven experience working in logistics, transport, or warehouse operations in a supervisory or team leader capacity, preferably for a minimum of 3-5 years
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate, train and manage diverse teams effectively
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, supply chain management, and best practices in the transport and manufacturing sectors
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations relevant to logistics and transport operations
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with teams, management and customers
• Proficiency in using logistics management systems and MS Office applications
• Physical capability to perform operational tasks and move around the facility as required
• A valid driver's licence and clean driving record (preferred)
• Previous experience in the Philippines logistics industry is advantageous
