Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Load Planner, Logistics Coordinator or similar role within the transport and logistics industry
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to calculate weights, volumes and spatial configurations accurately
• Proficiency in using logistics management software and transportation planning systems
• Knowledge of freight regulations, safety standards and vehicle weight restrictions
• Excellent organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple shipments and priorities simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in load planning and documentation
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to make quick decisions under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification in logistics or supply chain management is advantageous
• Knowledge of Cebu and surrounding areas' geography is desirable

Responsabilités

• Analyze shipment orders and freight requirements to determine optimal loading configurations and vehicle assignments
• Create and maintain load plans that maximize vehicle capacity utilization whilst adhering to weight restrictions and safety regulations
• Monitor and track shipment progress, ensuring timely dispatches and delivery schedules are met
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams to resolve logistical challenges and adjust plans as needed
• Prepare detailed reports on load efficiency, vehicle utilization rates and cost metrics for management review
• Identify opportunities to consolidate shipments and reduce transportation costs without compromising service levels
• Maintain accurate records of load plans, shipment documentation and performance data using logistics management systems
• Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff and customers regarding load specifications and delivery expectations
• Troubleshoot routing and scheduling issues to minimize delays and optimize delivery performance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Load Planner to join the ADSIA Logistics Inc. team in Mandaue City, Cebu. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in optimizing our logistics operations and ensuring efficient resource utilization across our transport network. As Load Planner, you will be responsible for analyzing shipment data, coordinating load assignments, and maximizing vehicle capacity whilst maintaining service quality and cost-effectiveness.
