Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Solid understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.

• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies.
• Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation on warehouse activities and staff performance.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within warehouse operations.

About the role

ADSIA Logistics Inc. is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic warehouse and distribution team in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of dedicated staff members. As Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in ensuring efficient, safe and compliant warehouse operations whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery to our clients. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and plays a critical part in supporting the strategic objectives of ADSIA Logistics Inc.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing and dispatch of goods
• Monitor staff performance and provide guidance, training and feedback to team members to ensure productivity and quality standards are maintained
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, standard operating procedures and company policies at all times
• Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain accurate records
• Optimise warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste and enhance operational performance
• Liaise with customers, delivery partners and internal departments to resolve issues and meet service requirements
• Prepare operational reports and maintain documentation relating to warehouse activities and staff performance
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within warehouse operations
• Respond to operational challenges promptly and implement corrective actions as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics or a related distribution environment
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency with inventory management software
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines
• A thorough understanding of health, safety and environmental compliance requirements in warehouse operations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing operational improvements
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy items occasionally
• Relevant certification in warehouse management, forklift operation or health and safety is advantageous
