FM Global Logistics (Phil.), Inc. seeks a seasoned Transport Manager to lead the daily operations of the Transport Department in Manila. You will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, cost control, and the development of new business for the company's transport services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly P&L management including OPEX and NIAT targets and finalize monthly production reports.
• Ensure owned trucks achieve the set monthly target number of trips per vehicle.
• Supervise timely submission of driver and helper liquidation requirements.
• Manage and oversee daily trip allocation and dispatch operations in line with booking requirements and call time targets.
• Drive business development efforts to secure new direct transport accounts.
• Initiate and implement cost-saving measures across transport operations.
• Establish and maintain trucking tariff rates for subcontractors and inter-department use.
• Ensure compliance with IMPEX working processes as required by customers and account handlers.
• Oversee adherence to ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System standards across all departmental activities.
• Ensure departmental processes are designed to deliver intended results and maintain operational effectiveness.
• Report QMS performance and improvement opportunities to top management.
• Champion a customer-focused approach and integrate customer feedback into all departmental processes.
